Erinleigh Olympic Flare

Flare has a wonderful temperament and is a great mover.  She has lots of bone and depth of body with reach and propulsion that are perfect traits for performance ponies.  Flare is a proven broodmare, she has had two exceptional colts by the Supreme Champion imported stallion *Cadlanvalley Pirate.  Crossed with our Royal Welsh Champion *Cadlanvalley Orlando, she had a stunning liver chestnut colt for 2011.  This lovely deep bodied daughter of Westrum's Cardinal has been an excellent asset to Stonecountry over the years.

*Menai Lady Crimsan

Lady Crimsan is a lovely quality mare full of pony character. She has two close crosses of *Menai Fury and he is probably the most famous and certainly the most influential Section C stallion of all times, siring more Royal Welsh winners than any other stallion, and whose stamp he has left on the Section C's for generations. In fact it is very difficult to find a good Section C without Fury's blood in its veins. She also has three crosses to *Menai Ceridwen, a very influential mare for the Menai Stud and the dam of Menai Fury. Crimsan is very attractive and an exceptional mover, she has been shown in the USA on the line and is a multi-champion. She is an outstanding producer!!

USA Railside 'N' Style

This deep colored mare has tremendous presence with plenty of substance. Her sire, *Twmbarlwm Nimrod stood second to Royal Welsh Champion *Synod Rum Punch at the 1999 Royal Welsh Show. Her dam, *Twmbarlwm Nadia is a half sister to the UK Supreme Champion Parvadean Renegade! N' Style is bred in the purple and has a fantastic disposition. We look forward to her career here at Stonecountry Welsh.

USA Railside Blue Rosettes

Rosettes was imported in utero from the USA Railside Stud with her Champion imported dam *Parvadean Romance by *Paddock Lighning and out of *Synod Rhiannon, she being the dam of Royal Welsh Champion *Parvadean Renegade.

Rosettes sire is the multi UK Champion exported to the USA *Pwllmelin Re-Spin. His sire is the top producing *Parvadean Geriant!

With her striking black color and 4 white socks, true cob character and action she is truly a classical C!

Stonecountry's Rosebud

WOW!!!  This filly has charisma and extravagant action.  She is exceptionally pretty with beautiful conformation and oozing with presence.  She is one of only a few fillies in North America sired by the stunning black stallion, *Synod Lord Percival.  Rosebud was shown as a weanling and was Junior Champion Section C/D Filly each time out.  She was shown again in 2010 and was undefeated, ending the year with a Provincial, Regional and National award in C/D Fillies 2 and Under!!  This lovely mare has an exciting future here at Stonecountry!

Romance has an outstanding pedigree with the very best of Section C breeding available in the world today. This outstanding IMPORTED mare is ½ sister to both Royal Welsh Champions *Thorneyside Bay Price and *Parvadean Renegade!  Romance has been a consistent Champion in both Canada and the USA and has also qualified for the Champion of Champions!!

Nadia is easy to get in foal, has lovely babies and all are quiet and very trainable.  Nadia is a half sister to the UK supreme champion *Parvadean Renegade and has other greats in her pedigree like Synod Replay, Synod Roger and Synod Ranger!  Nadia is a very successful broodmare producing very pretty, typey ponies with lots of movement!

*Telynau Gem is a very chic and elegant mare!  She is a beautiful mover and has real pony character.  Gem has a very impressive pedigree with many Royal Welsh Champions out of proven bloodlines to prove it!  She has depth, movement, a beautiful head and stunning color.  Gem is a proven broodmare, having a few foals sired by our stallion *Menai Carlo and all have been excellent movers with wonderful presence.  We are very happy to add Gem to our Section C breeding program and look forward to her future here!!

Pleasantstone Emman

"Emma" is a lovely mare with a lot of charisma.  She is extremely friendly, easy to handle; a nice mover with pony character.  Emma is broke to ride and is very quiet.  She takes to new things very easily.  This mare is a great youth or ladies horse.  She is a good size without being too big!

*Menai Malen

Malen is an absolutely stunning mare. We are so very please to have her apart of our breeding program. She is a multi-Supreme Champion in hand and a Royal Welsh Winner as well. She has numerous ribbons under saddle. Malen is very kind and an excellent riding pony for children. She been used in riding lessons and accompanied the Welsh Demo Team to Spruce Meadows, where she stopped people in their tracks and introduced them to the world of the Welsh Cob!!

Dancer is a lovely imported mare that has proved herself time and time again, producing stunning foals with impeccable movement, bone and type. Dancer has been shown on the line numerous times, including the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto!  She is a multi Champion!

This filly is very, very special to us.  She is named after my very dear friend, Nina James of Ronin Stud, U.K.  Nina and her dad Roger were very influential in this importing journey.  This seal brown filly took my breath away when I saw her!   Nina was born to be in the spotlight!  She has huge movement, all the grace, type and elegance one would expect from her heritage.  We see her as a huge asset to our breeding program and certainly expect her to excel in the show ring.  We are very proud to say that this filly is as kind as she is beautiful and we look forward to our future with her. 

Pleasantstone Halal

"Bella" is a very stunning mare, she is beautiful and kind.  This mare has cob type, elegance and temperament, exactly what we like in our breeding program.  "Bella" is a true athelete, with correct movement, true propulsion and natural reach.  She has extreme pony type, good flat bone and sweet temperament.  Is currently being shown in First Level Level Dressage and both Western and English Pleasure.  She is a champion under saddle and we are excited about her future!

Oreo

Oreo is our wonderful Shetland cross pony mare who has been around "forever".  She is such a sweetheart and has taught many small equestrians the joy of riding.  Now when crossed with our superior Section A stallions, Oreo produces the cutest foals with absolutely amazing temperaments.  These ponies make superior childrens mounts!  Oreo has a forever home here at Stonecountry!!

CF Great Expectations

Our lovely pintabian mare has been with us since she was five months old.  "Pip" is a trusted lesson horse at Stonecountry, she has a heart of gold with children and will stand for hours to be pampered with a brush.  This mare knows voice cues very well and some of the more advanced students at Stonecountry, don't like riding her because she just listens to the instructor in the middle and whether or not you are ready, you will trot, canter, walk, come into the middle etc....  The younger students love her because she is "so easy to ride"!!  Not only is Pip a valued part of our lesson program, she also takes a year off every now and again to have a foal.  All of her babies are born quiet, have a great love for people and are easy to train. 

Docs Hidden Charm

We are so happy to have "Suzy" join our broodmare herd.  We feel she has the perfect build, temperament, breeding and movement to cross with our welsh stallions to produce some outstanding half welsh sport ponies!  This mare has some lovely Thoroughbred lines, going back to Secretariat once and Bold Ruler twice!  Her quarter horse side has some lovely greats like Doc Bar, King and Leo!  A terrific combination that will be sure to produce fabulous ponies!!  We look forward to our future foals!!

Stonecountry's Little Princess

This little sweetie is another addition to our pony herd.  We finally had a pinto again out of Oreo!!!  Princess is as sweet as sweet can be and everyone adores her, she brings a smile to everyone that meets her!  We look forward to watching her grow and run the mare field!
